Alarm 215

This alarm means the Domestic Cold Water Temperature sensor (DCWT) has been detected faulty.
These sensors are located at the heat exchanger inlet on the domestic side (front side).

Check t1 value in the Info screen (Info) of the Touchscreen.

Is t1 between 30°F and 140°F (0°C and 60°C)?

Yes No

NOTICE: If Err is displayed, the value is not in the expected range.
